So obviously, I tried it.
Tastes like...subtly wine soaked pasta.
Ain't nothing wrong with that!
Served simply with olive oil and a ton of parmesan cheese.
Then, I tossed it with some caramelized onions and sauteed mushrooms.
Even better.
Plus, the pasta just looks cool.
I say, why not?
